How it works

When you are building a house we work together with your Architect. Together we go through the planning so that our plans fit together. If you own an existing property we will go with you through the floorpan and the house.

We want to find out what you really need first. We start work on the floorplan and at the same time we work on the mood board. (Mood board: A mood board is a visual tool for you and us to communicate the design concepts and ideas. It can be a collection of images, materials, colour palettes, and other elements arranged.) At the end of this step we have the floorplan and the mood board done. Most important is that you feel happy at the end of this step.

Next our team will move on to the precise detailed planning. Together we will determine the end product of the materials. At the end of this step, we will have a complete plan down to the last small detail. At this point the planning of your space is done. And we go on to make your dream come true. 

 

Together we will work out which furniture will be used. Which furniture you want and which pieces have sentimental value for you. Now we will work together with the contractor to make the planning real.
